Honoring our past, Living our Now, Celebrating our future.

Welcome to the opening of the Modern Pagan. Like most things this site started as a dream, a thought in the back of my head. One that I pushed aside for quite some time as one of those thoughts that would come and go away. I thought it had gone away, but it kept coming back. I brought it up to Sadie our other founding editor and told her I had lost my mind. That I had this out there idea about starting an online magazine. Within minutes it clicked that it wasn’t so crazy and we got to work getting things rolling. We started looking for writers, designing the site and here we are. I have to say I feel very privileged to work with the women who are on the staff here with me. I have looked up to each and every one of them in one way or another for some time now.

All the mushy stuff aside, we have wonderful plans for this place. We will be starting out once a week publishing a new article for you every Wednesday. As the staff and site grows we will increase that. Now today you will have a total of five articles from out wonderfully talented staff. In the future we will be hosting giveaways and doing product reviews. A weekly Tarot card will be posted starting next week. You will find articles and posts here ranging from celebrating the Sabbats, spells and rituals, crafts, the paranormal, kitchen witchery and so much more. The possibilities here are endless.

So have a look around and we hope you enjoy the site and can take something away from it. As out header says we are here to Honor our past, Live our Now, Celebrate our future.

We are currently looking for new staff writers. If you are interested in writing for The Modern Pagan please send an email to me at newrose23(at)gmail(dot)com.

Wow neat! I didn’t know you had a website – then again, I didn’t know you had a blog either. Next you’re gonna tell me IE has a website!
